Launching Wednesday: New organization to provide a solution to the Olympic accommodation shortage and help address homelessness

VANCOUVER, BC

Home For The Games, a new organization that will help solve the Olympic Games accommodation shortage and raise funds for charities fighting homelessness will launch on August 12, marking six months to the start of the Games.

Home For The Games representatives, including founder Charles Montgomery, will join Streetohome Foundation president, Jae Kim, to answer questions about how Metro Vancouverites can welcome the world while helping the city’s most vulnerable citizens.

The news conference will be held in the home of a registered home stay, enabling media a tour of the home.
